Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high shipping volumes.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SENT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake with your address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
